Each year, in June, NJALA proudly hosts an annual conference for members and non-members to attend. The day is spent networking with other library assistants, attending classes, and engaging in discussion regarding current trends and concerns influencing the library community.
The Conference Committee dedicates itself to create a unified theme, select local and skilled presenters, and invite an energetic keynote speaker. Moreover, it seeks to reserve a facility that is clean, comfortable, and tech friendly.
The day typically includes a light breakfast, refreshments, and lunch for its participants.
